I agree, can't believe that it has rained almost continually since mid morning. The fields are aturated and the river is very high, if it continues through the night I reckon the fields will flood!
Waterwings for me and the dogs tomorrow I think!

It was awful driving to the vets, we had to go 20 miles away, and could hardly see on the motorway for the spray, so I came back the pretty way and kept hitting pockets of standing water at the side of the road, which kept knocking the car sideways slightly, not very nice at all, I ended up creeping home.

It started Raining heavily early evening yesterday and rained without a break all night, I am just about to start the dog walks and it is still peeing it down and the forecast is for continuous rain all day.
My garden resembles a paddy field as it was already sodden from lots of other rain over the past week or so and everytime the dogs set foot outside for a wee they get covered in mud which they then traipse back into the kitchen
Someone please stop the rain!

Well had to do loads of detours today as all the roads were flooded on the way to the woods and my little car simply wouldn't have made it, felt sorry for my poor doglets having to put up with me reversing everywhere!
The main river is higher than I've ever seen it so it may burst it's banks if it continues to rain like this!
