Mobile Phone Contracts - HELP!

Ok i know you sign up for a 12 month contract, but is there anyway i can cancel the bloody thing now!!??? my bills are sky high!

Gems if you have signed a contract for a year and have passed the 7 day cooling off period that many agreements have then sadly you are probably stuck with it, your best option is to go back to the supplier and see if you can negotiate a different tarif that suits you better I find pay as you go much the best option with mobiles then you can see what you are spending (only use mine for texts far to stingy to pay for phone calls when a land line is so much cheaper )

i think with orange after 3 months you can change the talk plan to a cheaper one. did u get a free phone? if you did then def after 3 months you can change talk plans as those free hpnes often come with expensive talk plans and yopu have to wait 120 days before you can alter it

I hope you get it sorted out Gems, I had a contract phone years ago and my bills were often sky high even though I had x amount of free minutes. I had to stick it out the year then went back to pay as you go which suits me best now as I know where I am and its one less bill at the end of the month.

Thanks laura, well that was a waste of time ringing them! they cant do sod all, looks like im stuck until dec!! im just switching the phone off and not using it, using my pay as you go instead! Blooody contract!
