Might seem a silly question, but can anybody tell me what a blog is, I often see this word used on the computer especially on MSN.

ISTR that it is short for Weblog, ie a log/journal that's published on the Web.

To take the words from Blogger.com - "A blog is your easy-to-use web site, where you can quickly post thoughts, interact with people, and more".
