the thing is the dogs are at risk of livestock worrying, as say 20 minutes or so down from the stables where they are kept is a farm, its quite secluded but 2 loose dogs could still gain entry to it!!!
and then say 15 minutes or so up the road is a country park place, but farmerms graze their sheep on their land, and then around this area is basically sheep n cows, any dog caught loose in those fields well, meets its end!

Oh luke, how awful for you and your dogs!!!

Maybe I am missing something, but is it not illegal or something for dogs to run around the streets, especially if they are vicious. Could the dog warden not be called or something.

And is she not liable for both injuries as her dogs attacked, and yours were on a lead.

Sorry if my suggestions are not appropriate, I may have misunderstood.
