How sad that she has nothing better to do in her life than cause trouble for others.

The thing that really gets me in these situations is that at the time you're absolutely fuming but can think of nothing really nasty to say, until you get home and then suddenly dozens of really clever phrases come into your mind that would've shut the person up immediately!
So you spend the rest of the day cursing yourself for not saying something really nasty and witty!
