sickness and diarreha

hi im really worried about my 7 weeks old westie pup she is only half size of her litter mates and i picked her she has been ok until today she has been throwing up and has diarreha as she is so small she is getting weak and quick solutions just to get her through the nite as can get a vet tommorrow none available tonite please help

i bred the litter and im keeping her myself members of my family having the other pups which are fine

yes but mum not feeding her now ive been feeding pups on burns mini bites and they are all fine but she is so little but she has been eating fine until today

ive been giving her water often but she only taking tiny amounts which i think is better than none but im really worried about her

Sickness & Diarrhea is quite common in puppies. If the diarrhea does not persist more than a few hours there is no cause for worry as it may well be the food eaten has disagreed with her, or she has become over excited or has had to much vigorous exersise after eating..

Vomiting once or twice within an hour without any other signs of illness listed above is probably not serious. Prolonged vomiting accompanied by other signs like lethargy would be time to take note. Withhold food for aprox 4 - 6 hours and build food back up again slowly.

I also believe things such as worming can cause this.

i will not feed her tonite and will try again in maybe 4 hours or so i no i wont get any sleep tonight i will stay with her bless her
