Toolbars have disappeared

Ok - I'm a complete PC dunce, I admit it.

I was typing away quite fast and I've pressed something, or a combination of somethings, and lost both the top and bottom toolbars. The top one returns if I put the mouse in the area, but the bottom one has left the building.

H E L P please

Try pressing F11. That brings mine back.

I've done the same, as have others so I think we get the standard F11 reply now lol!

call up your control panel and then choose taskbar.
