Empty Jars - What can I do with them?

I went through a phase of keeping jars, after I'd used the sauces in them! I must have 20+!

I've no idea why I kept them, but I'm now thinking I can use them to make/create something that I can give as a gift at christmas!

I'm not very good at making things, so whatever it is needs to REALLY easy!

Any ideas? Thank you!

For the males in the family fill with different sizes of nails & screws - always useful & never wasted. Label & wrap nicely or put into a wine Christmas blag

Fill wt brightly coloured candies, label as above etc

I find shopping online better. At least, it is for my cross stitch hobby anyway, dunno about scrap booking or anything. Sadly, craft shops seem to be few and far between these days

If you can find some brightly glass paints and some wire you can make some really nice candle holders They're really easy and simple to make but they can look really lovely!

http://www.vintagegoose.co.uk/upload..._large/573.jpg Like those! But you can always do some Indian style patterns and designs on them if you don't want the jars to be all one colour
