Lovely dessert

Take 7 or 8 small pears, slice in half and put in a pan. Cover with water and add half caster sugar and half unrefined molasses sugar until just sweet enough. (not too much!) Add a few drops of orange flower water, 2 sticks of cinnamon, a pinch of nutmeg and the peel of 1 tangerine and 2 limes (peel it off with a potao peeler to make pretty spirals). Simmer for 30 minutes or until pears are soft and serve with fresh whipped cream...

Lovely Tuti really yummy can also be done by substituting the water /peel with a natural ginger beer,
..or water for white wine retaining the peel
..some homemade chocolate sauce goes well with it too ...
