Some people take the wrong dog but I know of a couple who drove 2 hours to the wrong venue so check route/venue etc. & judging times.

Don't panic.

Good Luck!

Lots of good vibes sent in your direction. Deep breath, G&T after and remember the judge isn't looking at you they are only interested in the dog. X

Thank you. It was very scary.

She behaved impecably. She was fantastic with judge and was very patient for a baby. Poor thing slipped over and fell on her face in the ring though awwww. Leadstaffs came for moral support too which was lovely.

She didnt get placed though. Probably my fault as I was a total clutz, my nerve went and I was trying not to be sick and shaking and I didnt handle her properly. Im still trying to keep control of my stomach

She looked like she was having a good time, that is the most important thing.
AV classes are always hard when you are competing against different breeds. I would just treat AV classes as training and not worry about the judges choice.

And you met an other Dogsey person Borderpop

Well congratulations to you for seeing it through. I wasn't expecting to be nervous at my first show and when I got there nearly didn't come out of the ladies! One year later I've nearly got myself under control!
It's all good practice anyway. Your not on your own with the nervousness, one woman I know usually throws up before she goes in the ring! This is all because we all take it waaaay too seriously
