We bought our house purely because of the garden which was a complete tip & full of overgrown trees, but I could see past all that! I wasn't bothered about the house although it was ok, we downsized house size to live in a more expensive area & we were a bit cramped when all the kids were home, but the gardens made up for it!

Rubbish

The agent had 10 people booked in and only one showed

Then we had another couple last weekend who loved it, told us where they were going to put their furniture, they were going to convert the downstairs rooms into an annex for their 19 year old son...the agent can't get hold of them now

Never mind, if it's meant to be it will happen, in the meantime we are enjoying the new gardens and Henry spends hours out on his lawn, if he's not on my lap or out for walkies then he is laying out in his garden

I have always noticed its the people who "are quiet" that buy.

Sure you will find a buyer and the gardens will be a big +
