The RSPCA wont do anything.

Just to update .
I had a call at 1pm from the R.S.P.C. A informing me that there was NOTHING that they could do for these pups." It was not within their remit"
They told me I could try Trading Standards and get them to have the ad removed
I pointed out that these pups were advertised as being available now and that I had grave concerns for their welfare and do you know what she said "Unfortunately this ad is just one of thousands and if you worried about every ad and what went on behind closed doors you would never sleep at night" I couldn't believe what she said
I argued with her for twenty minuets but to no avail.
This is typical of the RSPCA...loads of finance and no bloody good whatsoever.
For those that didn't see the ad, the mother of the pups had little milk or interest in her pups so the owner is offloading ( for three hundred pounds) poor little souls that will be hard pushed to survive..... and nothing is to be done.

I saw this on another forum,a member on there has offered advice etc...
The owners of the bitch and pups have also taken vet advice and the bitch is now feeding the puppies and caring for them.

The ad has been removed and they are no longer for sale just yet,they will be ready at 8 weeks old.
The owners are very inexperienced and apparently it was an accidental mating,so hopefully now they have advice and support the pups will be fine.

That sounds hopeful but did they say why they tried to hand rear?
