........................ who finally obliged at 8.20 this evening. Maybe it was the threat of a vet visit at 10.20 tomorrow that did it I could probably have done with a carrier bag and there was a little blood but no surprise there as it was HUGE

Do you know if there is a lot of interest in the house, any offers made already that kind of thing?

Not much interest the feedback is the stairs which on a second viewing we have found not to be as bad as we thought well me and that it can be rectified by installing a new staircase.

Lynn - Lots of questions now : has your offer been accepted and if so can you insist that the house is taken off the market immediately? How long has the house been on the market and is there any other interest? As you have now found your new home I'm panicking as there are so many things that can go wrong ....... everything crossed that it all goes through. You are the ideal buyers for anyone so hopefully in a few months time you'll have moved
