Head exploding!

Do you ever have one of those days when you think your head will explode if anything else happens?
What do you do to stay calm & put things in perspective?

Definitely walk the dogs here too. My patience at the moment is being worn extremely thin, extremely quickly by the antics of two boys who fight like Tom and Jerry! Whenever my temper starts to rage I take the dogs out and calm down. Always works for me.

Hope things get better there soon Sweep.

Same for me a nice long walk with the dogs, followed by a warm bath. If that fails 1/2 a glass a wine will do it lol

As every one above has said take the dog(s) for a walk, if you can't get out immediately sit down and stroke your dog, this has been proved time and time again to be relaxing and to help ones blood pressure
