Did you make as a kid

Doglovers post about the scoobies (keyrings ) got me thinking, did anyone make your own keyrings by melting chrisp pks? we used to do this and they were soo cute lol

i never melted crisp packets but i used to by a set it was a colour in set you coloured it in then maked in oven when it came out it was small and hard, i used to save my 10p a week pocket money and buy one every month

I tried to melt those crisp packets down and almost set fire to kitchen! Mum eventually banned me from doing it and bought me a cross stitch set! Hummm.

never heard of that with crisp packets..I have obviously missed out greatly somewhere ..made volcanoes though with vinegar and bicarb, and melted jellybabies with boiling water to make on big jelly

I remember collecting the plastic clips off bread wrappers for my bike spoke wheels

cant say ive heard about the crisp wrappers either i must be too young lol

I've never heard of the crisp wrappers thing I did however used to collect all types of rubbers (erazers). They used to come in weird and wonderful shapes with smells ranging from coca cola to coconut

Yes I did the crisp packet melting to make badges
I also saved the clips off the bread for my bike spokes, they came in different colours.
