Gardeners - Any ideas??

Just noticed one of my pots has this clear jelly like stuff all over the top of the soil?? It's sat on top of a low fence/railing around the patio area and none of my other pots have any on!!

I've taken a piccie and the shiny bits are the jelly like lumps on it!

Any ideas anyone???

I get that with my trailing nasturtiums

I always thought that it was in the compost, but they have always thrived. Mind you, nasturtiums will grow in anything

I'd say fungus too, there was a thing on the Scottish news last year about it, although it was on the ground not in pots.
