Internet Question....

I'm with AOL on dial-up, and have unlimited access to the Net....However, recently after ai've been on a while, and espescialy if it's late..the phone rings..of course there's no-one there and my connection is lot

OK, so i just need to reconnect but am finding it annoying..AOL say it's not them...so who is guilty of this heinous crime??
