Queen, undisputably my all time favourites and still are. Went to see them Knebworth Park 1986 part of the Magic Tour, there were 126,000 people there and it was THE most amazing concert I've ever been to. Freddie was the ultimate performer and in my very humble opinion (humble? me? ) has yet to be beaten. Even the likes of Robbie Williams tries to emulate his style in small ways. They rocked :smt035 :smt026 :smt023

Bon Jovi - went to see them twice, also loved INXS, only time I've loved long hair on men

Sorry everyone but mine has got to be Madness - a group to be going so long and still knocking out records - I was a real rude boy (in the nicest way that is). So many hits and so recognisable. Niknak

I liked Liionel Ritchie too, and I loved Wings. Liked Spandau Ballet too but mainly because they wore tartan.

On the mainstream side it would have to be Madness.Although i was a bit of a rocker back then and Iron Maiden were probably what i played most.

Would have said Queen, but i like the stuff they did in the 70's more.
