Are yoghurts good or bad as part of a balanced diet??

yes I feed natural low fat live yogurt all the time, cottage cheese is another favourite

Bio yoghurt in moderation is brilliant for their digestive system. Helps promote good bugs same as it does for us.

Mine has yoghurt,she's 10 and touch wood never has tummy problems so I'm thinking its grand

Always give mine live yogurt if they have a tummy upset. Seems to help soothe them and get them back to normal quickly.

As long as your dog can tolerate dairy produce, the probiotic yoghurt can be good for them.

Both my dogs and my cat too have either yoghourt or kefir most days. On the days they don't have one or the other they have either goat's cheese or goat's milk.

Personally I prefer cottage cheese over yoghurt but Mr. Weasley enjoyed his frozen-yoghurt-in-KONG-icecream in the summer
