I am jinxed ...thats a fact :(

i am def jinxed ....................talking about pet insurnace the other day then i had sophie at the vets

yacking yesterday about home insurance i said to my friend touch wood aint made a claim in 14 years then last night turned on the heating and the bathroom radiator was pouring with water ...we did manage to drain the system so damage was minimum ......
but the floor is ruined and landing carpet.....we are hoping just to buy an new rad and connect it up and re pump the system of it don;t work it may be a plumber job then we will have to claim

we both had problems with our water works last night then !!

Thankfully got our boiler going again in the end, but was looking at some telephone number of a bill !!!!

Hope the claim is straight forward!

Your contents insurance should cover it, but what a pain

Have you lifted the flooring then as it will get smelly.

perhaps someone reading this can help ???/ is it as easy as fitting a new rad now the system has been drained and conecting back up ?

Well that's why you've got house insurance! You're not jinxed at all Inca. Jinxed would be if you paid out for insurance all your life and never got your money's worth out of them. See there's always a better way of lookign at this stiff

Sorry for your troubles though, hope you get a really nice replacement carpet
