Trainer/behaviourist in Devon or Cornwall??

I'd like to see a GOOD trainer/behaviourist for some help with my Zephyr. He is fear aggressive and although he is far better than he used to be I would like to gain more control and have him more relaxed around strangers. I have considered it for some time but want to find someone who really knows what they are doing. Any reccommendations would be appreciated

This is the behaviourist that is used by the rescue centre I deal with.
She helped us a lot with a difficult dog we had several years ago.
