Favourite bands........

A less serious topic - which I have raised in other various boards- that usually causes either arguments or sheer hilarity at the expense of people with bad taste.............
I would like to ask you all which band you would cite as the best rock band ever???
My choice would have to be Led Zeppelin.No contest in my opinion.........

don't like rock i only know status ?? what ever they are called ..i prefer music i can listen too

dunno really i like a bit of Phil Collins to sash..... my brothers were into rock and drove us all nuts when we lived at home ....anyway your so young you might not know what us oldies like ...says me at 38

you're right, whatever you like it's always hard to pinpoint your favourite.For some reason (I'm told it's a male thing) I find the need to have a favourite everything.Like a system of ranking or something....a little sad I know, but it's always a source of debate.
My favourite solo singer has to be Stevie Wonder.

good choice my OH likes him ...my fav solo singer i guess is Craig David..but going back now i used to really like Diana Ross.....
