My garden after a pre spring tidy up today

The weather has been good around here for the last few days and I decided to get ahead of the game and give the garden a pre spring tidy up
(please ignore the grubby slabs it is still a work in progress)

Must admit, my garden's as tidy as this - mainly because I daren't put any plants or shrubs in the border because a certain "young man" likes to eat them......
