Agility in Glasgow?

Hi All,

Does anyone know of somewhere for agility or flyball in Glasgow? One of our daily kennel dogs is a very active border collie and no matter what her owners do with her she never tires our (and I think she often looks bored). She tried agility and flyball as a one off with her obedience class and loved it, she was also fastest in the class. But since then her owners cannot find anywhere to take her which is such a shame as she's a great wee dog. Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks, Nicky Xx

The Glasgow Dogtraining Club do agility nights. They might be able to point you in the right direction.

Yup I train with Clear run - they run new clases every couple of months in loads of locations - i go to dalry
Dosennt do flyball but also does heelwork to music which might be good for an active smart dog

There is also http://www.glenifferagility.co.uk/
I tried to get in there but they only do 1 beginner class a year and it is fully booked months in advance - they do do flyball too

Carol at clearrunagility@aol.com

I was also going to reccomend Carol she is an excellent trainer

Otherwise as said before this website list all active agility clubs in Scotland
http://www.agilitynet.com/activepages/clubs.asp

Flyball there are a lot less teams only four BFA all abit of a travel from Glasgow, as for crufts flyball there are only I think about eight competitive teams and most currently have waiting lists.
