The Archers

anyone else listen? Apparently they are going to do a huge 60th anniversery story line which will shake everything up----they reckon Ambridge will never be the same--DUH!

I think it is partly Helens baby but haven'ta clue beyond that.

I listen to it, but not every night - usually on my way back from work. As i'm off this week, I'll have to remember to listen at home.

Hope they don't go too 'drastic' with their story lines - is one of the reasons I prefer it to the TV soaps.

As long as it's not anything as daft as Ruth's affair - all that on-radio kissing - bleuch!

Bad enough on TV but on radio well the mind bogles (Must have been loads of wet wrists in the studio that day)

Do I listen No not often but OH has been a fan for nearly fourty years

Do you think they will be brave enough to introduce a handicapped child? It is one subject that soaps seem to avoid and be frightened to tackle.

I'd like to shake her as well! I used to feel like that about Elizabeth---wouldn't be surprised if she reverted one day!

I LOVE The Archers but I am 2 months behind - I Sky Plus it and listen to it while I clean the rats out on a Wednesday evening and am many weeks behind!
