Winston has soooo many symptoms.

My Winston has been so up and down recently. He has he vets confused he has his mummy and daddy worried and confused. I hope someone can help.
Symptoms:
Stomach bugs
Kidney failure
Lethargy
Poor appetite
Hair loss on the legs
Runs
Weak hind legs(muscle weakness)
Severe anaemia ( had one blood transfusion)
Hoarse bark
Gagging after eating (not always)
Out of breath
Unable to go for long walks.
He has had fits in the past too not recently.
I am always looking on the internet...but he has so many symptoms, they aren't for just one disease.
Has anyone else's baby had any or most of these symptoms?

Poor guy
Some of his symptoms could be thyroid related.

Oh poor Winston

From what I've read, symptoms kidney failure can be lethargy, diarrhoea, lack of appetite, vomiting, fits and general depression (among other things).
What has your vet said?

Poor Winston
I'm afraid I don't know what medical causes these symptoms could have and since you've already been to the vets..

Have you thought about if it could be stress related? Extreme stress can result in some of these symptoms, without any underlying cause like infection etc.
Have the vets made any diagnosis or do they not know at all what causes his illnesses?
Has anything changed in your and Winston's life recently? What's his routine etc?

I hope he (and you) feels better soon!

The vet is confused. They treated the kidney failure and fingers crossed they seem to be functioning okay. So I think as far as the vet is concerned the kidneys are sorted. They are just concentrating on the anaemia. So he had the transfusion and he seemed okay. But he is losing his colour again and he can't walk far...we usually have to carry him home.
Oh and he has never been sick (vomit)

He was tested for Addison's in the beginning and he has been tested for coombs.... both came back negative. He is a Spanish dog. So we thought maybe leismanaisis...but they can't see any signs of it in the many blood works he as had done.
