Hampstead Heath

Going to Hampstead Heath for walkies for the first time anyone have any thoughts on which part to head for and the best dog friendly tea stop. Going thursday friday or saturday this week if anyone wants to meet up..

I would definitely like to take Dexter there, hopefully in the near future when his recall is slightly better.

Hampstead Heath is fab - just be aware that there tend to be a lot of dog walkers there, some of them with groups of dogs. Not all of the dogs are well behaved...

Not sure which part you should head for, but if you can take dogs into the Kenwood grounds, there is a tea shop there

Hmm I remember Hamstead Heath in the 70s when it was famous for other activities .........................

I lived in a lovely garden flat in Hampstead for a while

I remember the fair on Hampstead Heath - think it was on Whit Sunday?

There was a huge carousel with white horses...

But that was a very long time ago.

I took the lodger not long after I got him. Lovely walk. Tea stop at a cafe somewhere, there's a swimming spot for dogs somewhere. Erm... Don't really remember anything useful really.
