debug? what do i do? help!

im trying to respond to an email, but if i press reply or compose it comes up with a debug error saying

'a runtime error has occured, do you wish to debug?'

if i say no, the screen just goes blank, if i say yes it goes to some weird program and does nothing.

You could try this - haven't a clue if it will help or not, I got it off a computer forum.

In IE go to:

Tools > Internet Options > Advanced

under the browsing section you will see Disable script debugging. Check it close your browser and reopen it.

Try downloading this and scan your system - its a really good scanner and might help. http://www.ewido.net/en/download/

What E Mail application are you using?

You can get a run time error just by not having enough memory available to run that application.

Run time error usually comes up when some bit of the programme has been forgotten by windows as to where it is.
You could do what Scottish Mags said by defragging or uninstall the application and then reinstalling.

I wouldn't try and debug unless you can read programming code you might make ity worse.
