As you know we had decided to stay put, but the last couple of weeks has been awful with AOL - loss of connection time and time again, had enough.

I rang them at the weekend, kept very calm through the advisor trying to convince me that we should stay and I got a MAC code. Kev then went ahead and signed up with Tiscali so we are just waiting now.

I'm not very good at waiting!

to change a broadband could take time and more problems it would take me two months here i would realy think about it they all have there problems if the problems are not to bad and it works then leave it as it is

We are on Tiscali and pay £19.99 and get free anytime land line calls (we y pay line rental to BT)

and up to now its been fine.. the connection does drop a couple of times a day... but other than that.. No problems and their customer service is much better than Wanadon't
