I have both my dogs insured with Animal friends. i claimed last year for one of my dogs as he had a skin tumour and TBH they were great. they settled my claim within two weeks. no problems whatsoever.

Any disclaimer on the toy? If they dont pay out could you sue for damages?

Am not into this where theres a blame culture but if the toy was dangerous then it should be recalled.
