Yep, Mac here! G3 Ibook laptop, G5 dual-processor tower. Largely trouble-free, and easy to maintain. The main problems with Macs are caused by other people refusing to make Mac-friendly versions of stuff.

Here here. Although we do need a new battery (the other one isn't charging for long enough to use the ibook without the adapter now) and it's so expensive!!!

Otherwise though we do love our Mac (although Woody wishes Mummy wasn't on it so often ;o) -

Batteries on mine are fairly knackered, too. I use mains power all the time, now. Never liked battery power, anyway, as it always seemed to run out at the wrong time, anyway!

I know this is an old thread, but I am a Mac user.My son said they were the only ones he could trust me on (me being a silver surfer ).I just love it.

I just added Psystar to my list of Linux suppliers as Apple has finally managed to stop them providing OS X on non approved hardware...

Macs all the way here, and have been for years! I couldn't imagine life without one. I go back to the Flying Toaster days.

As I have heard it said: The day Micro$oft make anything that doesn't suck, is the day they start making Hoovers.
