Just to let you all know that the PCT have said they will NOT fund my treatment, on the grounds that it is an unlicensed drug.
The doctor is going to look into the appeals process, but i'm not sure how long that will take etc.

Thats bloody rubbish. But not really surprising the state of the NHS. Surely anything that helps should be free?!

There are lots of people in other areas who've had it...so it seems it's my PCT being arseholes

Hevvur that is the biggest load of rubbish I have heard to date, someone needs a good kicking in the ass and send their brains back up to there head where they can actually think from, and come back with a decent answer that starts with the word Y.

Don't our taxes go someway to funding this? I'm sorry but I don't care that they haven't been provided with enough evidence that it will help you, if it 'might' work, it's worth a go. As a tax payer we should have the right to make this happen for you!!
