Everything crossed that no news in good news

I've thought about you and Paddy so much since you knew she was due to have the op, and I have been following this thread reading all the updates.

(((hugs))) to you and Philly, and of course to Paddy in her absence

Still thinking of both you and the dear Paddy - I am sure that if anything was wrong they would have contacted you today, so here's hoping that she will very soon be back home.

Happy update this morning!!

Paddy is eating and walking ok when they take her out

Still very bruised and the wound is still oozing but they are hoping that should soon be ok. The vet is saying she will prob be home weds or thurs. I cant wait to have her home but i'm happy to wait a few extra days to make sure she's ok.

Great news... sooooo pleased for both of you.. yes, I would be happier to leave her a little bit longer at the vets ( even though I would be worried too ) but she is in the best hands where she is... such fantastic news.. xx

Great news and what a relief. I echo what 'mastines33' said, she is the safest place and hopefully by the time she comes home will be on course for a speedy recovery

Thank you all. I have been at work all evening but finally home and have a few days at home now eagerly awaiting princess paddys return

Phillip didnt even get off his bed when i got home tonight!! Walked in the house to complete silence, he was flat on his bed and just opened his eyes, didnt even lift his head!! Think my OH must have walked his socks off tonight, or he was expecting Paddy to greet me like she usually does

I'm so pleased with her progress so far, just hope she keeps up the improvement. I will update you all after tomorrows daily call. Xx
