Does anyone have any sugar-free cake recipes?

Does anyone have any nice ones? I tried one I found on the Internet but don't think I made it properly . It's okay, mind but if anyone knows of any really lovely ones I'd love to hear them.

Are they for a diabetic ? If so they don't have to be sugar free

___________________________________

This is suitable for diabetics but isn't sugar free
Lemon & Fruit sponge
5 medium eggs
150g/5½oz caster sugar
125g/4½oz plain flour, sifted
grated rind of 2 lemons
to fill:
1 x 142ml carton whipping cream
6 tablespoons Greek yogurt
6 tablespoons jam, such as strawberry or raspberry
to serve:
a little icing sugar
selection summer berries, about 450g/1lb
InstructionsPreheat the oven to 190ºC/375ºF/gas mark 5. Lightly grease and base-line 2 x 20cm/8inch sandwich tins, then dust with a little flour.
Place the eggs and sugar into a large bowl and whisk until the mixture is thick, has doubled in volume and holds a trail when the whisk is lifted. Gently fold in the flour and lemon rind with 2 tablespoons of water.
Pour into the prepared tins and cook for 15-20 minutes until firm to the touch and beginning to shrink from the sides of the tin. Leave to cool on a wire rack
Whip the cream until is forms soft peaks, then fold in the yogurt. Spread the jam over one of the sponges, spread the cream on top, sandwich together with the other sponge, dust with a little icing sugar then serve with the fruit.

I don't understand this Joedee. I'm diabetic and am not allowed any sugar apart from natural sugars, in fruit for example. Do you know something I don't? (she said hopefully )
