Our Halloween Howl run

Our dry land mushing club held a Halloween Howl weekend, we had a great time, we all went for a spooky late night walk in the forest, all the dogs had flashy collars on and the humans had head torches, the dogs loved it, and then yesterday we had a fantastic run, we did approximately 5 miles and my dogs never floundered once, my friend with sibes was very impressed with inca and Tuks stamina , heres a few pics from yesterday, excuse the riding hat, head safety wear is mandatory and as I dont have a cycling helmet, I used the next best thing lol, Tally Ho

Lookout, Northern Inuits passing

Having a well deserved rest

Thanks for looking

Thanks Rose, they enjoy it tremendously and are improving all the time, no tangles yesterday which was great, they get very excited on seeing the harnesses now

we haven't trained for a while as mishka / sisko have been poorly, kavik has been having bike runs alone but hoping i can get them all running together again soon . kavik has a bikejor race in november @ brandon forest. should be good fun as never run him in a rally yet so not sure what he will think of all their noise, hoping he will get really excited as he usually does when dogs are around him.

Lovely pics, I am so jealous, I would have loved to have done that, I seriously considered going down that road. I will have to come and spectate some day.
