Christmas Present from Fish4Dogs!!!

Well, Dave just came indoors holding a big Christmas present, all wrapped up in Christmas paper too, with cellophane around it, and I knew I hadn't ordered anything, and when I opened it, it's a big box of dog treats from Fish4Dogs, with a lovely personalised card, written to ME and all hand signed from the staff, thanking me for boosting their sales this year with my constant orders (coz my dogs are well spoilt!)

Methinks they might have come in here and read how much I've been bigging them up though!!!

Awwww, isn't that nice, some thanks at last, from a company for my valued custom instead of the normal "customer service" we get elsewhere hey?!!! I'm well chuffed! Anyone else get one then?? It's a huuuuge box of different treats all in bags

Thats nice of them - it's too bad everyone doesn't do it! The big companies anyway - the little ones are always good with cards etc

I use their actual food, and with two dogs, that's quite a hefty bill each month with their treats, always £100 odd, so maybe I deserve this present!

Isn't it just From what I can gather from the wording on the Christmas card, it seems they are a relatively new company and are growing fast, and I'm not surprised at that either, because not only are their foods high quality and reasonably priced, but you can't fault their deliveries even in the snow we've had of late, the poor Fedex man has trapsed up the hill at the side of my house to chuck it over my gates, but then being a german shepherd owner himself, he knows how very important it is to get their food to them!

I think other companies ought to take a leaf out of this company's book with their customer service!
