As pit bulls had to be neutered back in 1991 all Current Pit Bulls are technically illegal as they were BANNED from being imported and bred!

Ergo, they are illegal.

Oh Insomnia that's awful, poor, poor Axel It's just so unfair.

We were warned just last night of a dog apparently new in the village who has broken free of it's lead and really hurt a JRT, I was petrified to meet it tonight on our walk, luckily we didn't.

wrong. they are banned, however if they do exist the limit of the authorities powers is to take you to court. where if you can prove the dog is NOT DANGEROUS then the dog is then registered and is as legal as the next dog. FACT

Read my following post, if all the dogs were neutered as they had to be as well as being muzzled and kept on leads in public, they could not procreate, so therefore any dog, bar the very old ones on the register already, are BANNED, ILLEGAL etc etc.

yes they should, but not the point, the point in law saws if you are found with one you get taken to court, if there you can prove the dog is not dangerous the dog gets registered and is then legal. breeding the dog and selling pit bulls is illegal, owning a registered one is not.

Er no, they refer to PIT BULL TYPES as of course PIT BULLS must be extinct in the UK! They cannot exist and if they DO exist they are ipso facto illegal because they are benned!

wrong. because buying an illegal dog isnt illegal if you then go to court and prove its not dangerous you will then have a legally registered dog.
