Two years ago today

It has flown by, It was two years ago at about 10am that Storm told me he had had enough. He had a big tumor that from the looks of it he should not have managed with but he was still his bouncy self. However when I took him out for a short walk he got to the fields across the road sat looked up at me and started to make his own way home.

It was then I knew he was ready to go...

Sad day Phill, but they do have a way of letting us know when they want to go - doesn't make it any easier for us though xxxxx RIP Storm

It's good that you knew he'd had enough. It's always tough but I'm sure you have lots of great memories as well as three fabaroony dogs.

Phill, just to let you know I'm thinking of you. Remember it is the kindest thing we can do for them. I've seen some dogs kept on purely because their owners didn't have the courage you had to let him go to peace, and it's not always a good thing, in fact rarely is.
He's running free now........ xx

Aw, at least he let you know, it is the most painful, raw decision we can make, but we do it because we are as devoted to them as they are to us! Thinking of you and the great guy, sure he is up there looking down on you with a smile
