Well done, my husband Paul has now lost just over 4 stone, he started with Weight watchers but found it a bit boring, he's now going to Slimming World and it's definitely better for him.

Cheers hun,wow your oh is doing great,a huge well done from me.Mines has been driving me nuts as he was trying to loose weight too.He's well in the huff as he has fell by the wayside ,he had lost one and a half but has put a stone back on again,keep telling him it's the beer but he blames everything but xxxxxxxx

You tell him it IS the beer, the week when Paul has had a drink (or 2) he gains weight, the weeks he doesn't drink he loses.

I've told him until I'm blue in the face and it goes in one ear and out the other.I never drink,haven't had a drink in years.Last time I was pi55ed was around 5yrs ago .Don't even have the notion to do so either,Unlike my oh xxxxxxx
