Bored puppy comes to mind.....ie...here we go again, do it all quickly, get it over and get that treat..
Not in any order mind, as you have said, he's just showing ''yep I can do all those things and now where's my treat''
Try what mishflynn suggests, and instead of using 2/3 things, spend half a day with just sit....then as the afternoon comes do sit and down....gradually build up again.

id also interrupt each command with a play or something then ask for the next command.
that truly tests if he has actual focus on you and if he understands each command or just anticipates for treats

Sometimes though he just does one but does a totally different one.
It isn't often he goes through his own mini performance - but it does happen
Maybe I just need to be slightly stricter on when he gets treats then!!
