my opinion is that these people, if caught, should be subject to the same treatment they inflicted on their victim. failing that stone the ******* to death.

"This is the body of the dog killed in Ponders End (Durants Road). I have permission from the photographer to publish this photograph. You will see that the chain is embedded in the dog's neck. The RSPCA have stated that they will not investigate. I leave it to you to decide on whether you contact the RSPCA or publicise this matter.
