That's interesting that you should say that, because Cassie was never frightened of loud bangs, she was even up at the horse's field whilst they were shooting nearby and it never bothered her. Then, something must have happened when she was about 5 to make her absolutely terrified of fireworks, but I couldn't say exactly what it was.

It was the millenium when the bangs that went on for so long that did a lot of damage. I know the dogs I had at the time were boom proof (bar one) but the millenium really did it in for them. I had to stay up so late that night.

Fudge was also fine until a particularly loud one went off outside after we thought they had all finished last year. It took away all our hard work in sound socialising in a minute...
