Pippa is in a show!

It's been a while since I've posted any Pippa updates but we've been very busy. She is due to take her Gold test soon so been working hard on that. Also, she is going to play the part of Bruiser in Guildford School of Acting's production of Legally Blonde! It's only a local thing but we've been training loads for it as there are a few different tricks she has to do. She got a mention and a photo in the local paper too!

Anyway, the show is next week so going to be super busy now with technical rehearsals and dress rehearsals and then a total of 5 shows. I'm going to be exhausted I don't know about Pip!

Good luck with both the show and the Gold test, and congratulations Pippa on gaining the leading canine role of Bruiser!

Aw, well done you and well done Pippa You have really done her credit and for her to be taking her Gold test soon is absolutely fantastic too
What a little star we have in our midst She looks gorgeous and has lost some of her darker hair hasn't she. It's odd they way some of our dogs colour changes over time.

My goodness 5 shows in a week. I think you'll probably be more tired that she is though. Good luck and et us know how you both get on.

Yeah she definitely has lightened up, although I think that photo makes her look lighter than maybe she looks normally. I hardly notice until I look back at old photos of her! It's so funny.

Sounds brilliant; bet you're glad you had your holiday a few weeks back, but bet you wish you had another for after all the shows
Well done to Pippa for getting the lead role and best of luck with the gold test; Bailiie did hers in May and its a brill feeling when you pass

Pippa's show went really well. Finished last night. Not quite sure what she's going to do for attention now though! She loved being on stage she was always desperate to get out there.

Here are some of her costumes:

And here with some of her co-stars back stage:

One of my Beardies was a stage dog & appeared in multiple Annie's, a Professional 7 brides for 7 Brothers, which has Michaela Strachan as one of the brides & several other productions. Breeze became completely stage struck & often would plonk herself down & wait for her public to come to her.

One of our Cavaliers(Scamp the first one)also starred in a student short film called"Puppy Love"then the director gained a job with Steven Spielburg in Saving Private Ryan-he was one of the directors. Sadly I cannot remember his name. He still works with Spielburg I believe
