max's first day at work

hi everyone as some of you know I am a courier and i work about 3 hours a day in my own car delivering next parcels. I always planned to take max with me when he was older but thought 16 weeks would be a bit too young so he has been staying home in his crate. we normally have 2 hours with him in mornings before i leave but today we all slept in!!! even kids!!! so we would of only been with him for half an hour then off for 3 so i thought i may aswell bite the bullet and take him and he was an angel. He got a bit bored but slept most of the time and he would be bord in his crate and this way he is at least bored but not lonely. he even got an extra walk in a field in the area i deliver!! loads of my customers came out to meet him and he loved that!!! i feel a lot happier now!! does everyone think this is an ok thing to do?

I think its fantastic, and its not too hot. I would love to take sonny to uni but don't think anyone would get peace to study

Aww thas sweet! Its brill socialisation for him only thing i'd be worried is if you had to park 'out of sight' ie. someone might try to nick him

O that is great Katy I am sure Max would prefer to be with you whatever you are doing. Amy loves the car and sleeps in it when I am gardening.I put the hatchback up so she can keep one eye on me and sunbath at the same time. As Azz says watch out for thieves you hear some scarey stories these days Max will be company for you too

Jasper and Tammy love the car too. If the car is parked in the drive then it's the first place they head for. Tammy even jumped into our neighbours car once. Tam had got out and our neighbours were getting ready to get into their car, the doors were open and Tam just jumped straight in. Thier children thought it was brilliant, I found it very embarrasing but , fortunately we get on with our neighbours and they were laffing so it wasn't so bad.

We cannot clean the interior of the car if the dogs are out as they will find the smallest gap they can to try and get into the car
