In 2008 there was a 5.1 earthquake in Market Rasen Lincs that was felt all over the UK & was the 3rd strongest since records began

I lived in Lincolnshire at the time and remember it well, it sounded like a train was coming past my house at great speed, the pictures on the walls all shook and the dogs just stared at me for reassurance

I hope the people in America stay safe.

I remember that, I lived in Lincolnshire then. The dog wasn't impressed, it was weird having the house shake

Apparently, though, Earthquakes respect artificial boundaries. It was felt from "Florida to Maine"... hmmn

People in Ontario and Quebec certainly felt the earthquake, but no mention... Gotta love American Media.
