River Thames in Molesey:

A little recreation ground at the end of the road:

Horton Country Park/Epsom Common:

And I wish this was near me but its a 90 minute drive!....

Haven't got any pictures but we have a Lake 10 minutes away, Bestwood country park 20 minutes away, when we go with Leanne, we go on 4 hour long walks in Sherwood and Calverton (She may have some pictures)

When I'm at my parents, I have Ulley Country park, Rother Valley Country park, Treeton woods (although it's not brill) Smallage woods and Smallage/treeton lake.

Not many walks up at the in laws..

All lovely places to walk

This is what we have. I think we are very lucky

At home we have 2 acres. We have the walled in paddock and up to the trees in the background.

This track runs for miles up the side of our house into the bogs.

The roads where we live.

Most weekends we spend at our mobile home. This is the field.

We also have this track running round the site.

There are loads of lovely beaches about an hours drive away.

We have big playing fields 3 minutes walk up the road:

A long country/farmy lane from the top of my street, which i can't find photos of at the moment,

A river across from the bottom of my street which goes onto the mountain/old coal mine/pit- have photos of the first level/flat bit:

A five minute drive away we have forestry and walk routes:

Sorry it's so pic heavy!
We have beaches around an hour away but don't really go there as she isn't reliable off-lead there and i'd panic about losing her in the sea or god knows where! Also the Brecon Beacons a similar distance- but same as above.

I mainly love where i live for these reasons, but looking at what you lot have too, i'd be tempted to move to Nottingham/Italy/etc!

I thought I was very lucky until I saw some of these pics, coz I live in an Area of Outstanding natural Beauty (apparently!), right in the middle of the South Downs so there's too much choice, but I walk this one every morning, coz it's just behind me up the road, it's a big climb to get up there but well worth it, this is Cissbury Hill a very famous Sussex beauty spot 800 ft high

You can walk all the way around the top at various levels, but always that stunning view

Then there's the village green where I usually do my training

If it's wet, I go round the other side on the flat coz it dries out so quickly around that side and I can walk for miles!

When I'm on the bike, I have this, and again I can go for miles through woodland, open fields and tracks

OR I can drive 10 mins to the beach
