What special gift are you hoping to get for Christmas?

I have been trying to get Michelle to buy me a new dinner suit, but she has said no as it's to expensive.

I think anything people are kind enough to buy me is special. But what am I hoping for? I would say, games dvds and the 2007 edition of wisden.

Congratulation on getting the puppy. What breed are you getting?

I will fall off my chair if there is anything other than a cd, book or pair of pj's under the tree for me

My OH has many wonderful qualities but present buying at Christmas is just not one of them Christmas is something that happens magically in our house, he usually asks me a couple of days before what the kids are having!!!

In saying that he puts up the tree and all the decorations (much better than me ), designs and makes our family Christmas card and cooks the dinner so I can't complain.

I do however have a long standing request for a pair of manohlos and a diamond tennis bracelet

I won't get anything. But I have 2 items on my wish list and might treat myself to one of them - a garlic press (I'm fed up trying to crush it with a knife) and cheap kitchen scales so my dumplings turn out more like dumplings and less like lumpy polyfiller (although that might be more useful as the house is half finished and the testing of "al dente" spaghetti on the walls is losing it's entertainment value ).
Oh, and a food hamper with real food in it not just spuds and bread which I'm also getting bored with. But that's just greedy

Awwwwwwww bless - lucky you!!

Well i'm hoping for a wireless lap top - so i can talk to all the lovely dogsey men from my bed in the night!!!!!!!!!

No seriously, the kids are getting to the stage when they are using the computer more and more, for homework etc - so i get less time to get on here, and i miss you so much if i'm away for more then 10 mins

So keep your fingers crossed boys - then we can have lots of late night fun!! (oh i'm so bad! )
