Is now confirmed that Brian Conley will don the big may west style dress', and icecream sundae style curled ellaborate wigs as Edna Turnblad when Michael Ball leaves Hairspray on the 25th of July. How interesting is this one gonna be! Although even more eyebrow raising is the rumours of, as Conley is signed to do panto at christmas, Justin Lee-Collins of the Sunday Night Project taking over post him at the start of 2010!
Hmnn really love the show and have been a few times now, but considering the recent additions of the..interesting Verity Rushworth out of Emmerdale, and the exeedingly LIFELESS Nigel Planer I can't help feel maybe they are stun casting for bums on seats rather than talent and suitability...
