Wow she looks completely back to normal, and so happy. A million well dones to you and to her.

It doesn't seem five minutes since all the trauma started, but for you it probably feels like a lifetime.

Lovely to see your beautiful girl so full of life. Hope I never need to make the same decision, but I'd definitely do the same as you having seen Paddy's progress.

Thank you. She acts like it too!! It really seems to have made no difference for her, she's adapted so well.

She has, amazing creatures these woofers arent they! all the stress of the vets is all but forgotten now, and bizzarely after spending the past 4yrs petrified of every vet visit, cowering and crying in the waiting area... This week she was wagging her tail and accepting cuddles from the vet nurse!!!!

Thanks, its strange, it really does seem like a million years ago that we were crying after her diagnosis, looking at her now that dark time seems so long ago.

Aww thanks, there have been some tough decisions to make and i wouldnt wish them on anyone. I think we are very lucky to have such a resilient girl, she's done amazingly well. I do wonder if we would be quite so upbeat if it was our other dog, he's a year younger than Paddy but i seriously doubt he would cope as well as she has.

I think petplan are the real stars in this case!! They have certainly taken alot of worry off our shoulders and the claim has been settled very quickly and hassle free. The total bill came to almost £5000!!!!!! cant recommend them enough.
