Try the stuff from pets at home it is homeopathic called Homeopet anxiety TFLN can only say it seems to have helped loads, I hope you find a solution or an aid I really do.

I've been wondering if those thunder shirts really work and from what I read here they do. Mine are unfazed by loud noises but you never know around here if I might have a fearful one in the future.

Good point. All dogs react differently it would seem. As for the Cavvy I've mentioned who I thought would die from heart failure every firework occasion - she did get more used to them as the years went on and eventually wasn't bothered by them at all.

And that was with doing NOTHING. I didn't even know about CDs to get your dog used to noises or thunder shirts or pheramone diffusers and all that.

I just used to hang onto her and try to calm her and wish that someone in charge would totally ban fireworks forever!
